Bookings made in advance cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits (sums paid in advance) will not be reimbursed. In this case, this is mentioned in the special conditions.
Where permitted by the special conditions:

- a service reservation may be modified directly on the website via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section or directly with the establishment, whose contact details, including telephone number, are specified on the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail.
If a service is interrupted for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the full price agreed will be collected. In the case of a reservation with prepayment before the stay, no refund will be given.
The customer must leave the establishment's room before the time indicated by the establishment. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
Telephone canvassing
In accordance with article L.223-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers who do not wish to be the subject of commercial canvassing by telephone may, free of charge, register on an opposition list against telephone canvassing. Disputes
